How? First we’ll find out what you like to eat. We’ll ask about your favorite restaurants. Then we’ll send you completely customized menu options to choose from. After that, we’ll do the grocery shopping, come to your home and prepare a week of meals. And we’ll even clean up after ourselves.

ABOUT CHEF DIEGO

De cuzine is owned and operated by Diego R. Salgado, a professional chef with extensive culinary experience. Born and raised in Quito, Ecuador, Diego has a bachelors degree in Culinary Arts and Management from Universidad Equinoccial and studied at Le Cordon Bleu, Paris. He is highly skilled in French, Asian, and Latin cuisine and has worked in restaurants, country clubs, and a five-star hotel. As the executive chef and owner of Fine Cooking Catering in Quito, he received the Golden Bowl award in the prestigious Hilton Colon-Quito culinary competition.

Chef Diego is influenced by his travels and multicultural experiences. He enjoys combining different products and techniques. "People often ask if I have specialty. The truth is that as a personal chef, I can enjoy the creativity and flexibility to create unique and diverse dishes prepared for my client's individual tastes," comments Diego. He was a featured chef at the Better Living Home and Garden Expo, Bloomingdale's, and the Expo Design Center's "Kitchens that Cook". He has also been featured in the Boston Globe, Boston Magazine, Daily Candy, Harvard Source, and Stuff @ Night.
